I have been a Hilltopper customer for over ten years, since lead-acid batteries, so I know the products well.
This battery is big, heavy and awkwardly shaped. But I can live with that. The worst thing is the way the straps are attached. The battery cannot be mounted on a back rack. The straps should be attached to the narrow side of the case and they should not be fastened so near the buckle.

Thank you Richard for the feedback and 10 years of product testing! This battery is only made now as a replacement for historical commuter kits. I passed your feedback on to our lead engineer, Mark, he has been designing a new commuter kit that will launch in early 2020 with a more streamlined look and smaller battery size and a number of other upgrades.
